New in 2007 was the completion of our 90 square feet addition to the Great Room at the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast. This addition increased the capacity and comfort of the Great Room. It is a great place to come watch the wildlife in the fields below as the sun sets. The Great Room at the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast can easily seat two dozen or more guests comfortably for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. It is the perfect place for a small business meeting, retreat, conversation or a nightcap before retiring. There is a small wet bar in the Great Room allowing guests at your wedding, anniversary, birthday party or retreat ample access to the refreshments. The large staircase in the hallway connects to the first floor dining room and a spiral staircase beside the picture windows also descends to the dining room and kitchen. |
